"Nice packaging, but not sure I’d buy again"
I had been wanting to try imperiacaviar.com for a while and the ordering process was easy. The jar looked classy when it arrived, and everything felt nicely packaged. I was kind of excited to open it and make a little snack out of it, but once I actually saw the amount inside, it felt a bit underwhelming. Maybe I didn’t pay close enough attention to the size listed, but for the price, the portion seemed really tiny. It tasted fine, but I couldn’t get past feeling like I paid a lot for not much. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the portions were a better value.

"I bought this as a gift and..."
I bought this as a gift and, yeah... the presentation was kind of disappointing. The box just looked really plain, not like something that felt special or gift-worthy. I ended up feeling like I needed to rewrap it myself before giving it. For the price, I guess I just expected it to look a lot nicer...

"Support didn’t really help"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to support, but they just kept sending short replies that didn’t really answer anything. It took way too long, and in the end nothing actually got fixed. That part was weird, honestly. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Honestly, the site was a pain to use"

"I’ve ordered from plenty of places before..."
I’ve ordered from plenty of places before and usually don’t mind waiting a bit, but this delivery was really frustrating. The order showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. It ended up being more annoying than expected, and I probably wouldn’t use them again.

"Checkout was just a headache"
I don’t know what was going on, but trying to place my order was a total mess. The checkout kept failing over and over, and after a while I just got too frustrated and gave up.

"I reached out expecting at least..."
I reached out expecting at least a basic response, but i got nothing useful back. When someone finally did reply, they came off really rude and dismissive. What made it even more frustrating was how they kept hiding behind little policy loopholes instead of actually trying to fix the issue. It felt like they had an excuse ready for everything, but no real interest in helping a customer.

"Probably wouldn’t buy it again"
I ordered this sometime last month, or maybe it was a few weeks ago, and I wasn’t happy with it. It just didn’t meet my expectations, so I don’t think I’d order it again.

"Packaging didn’t keep it cold enough"
So... my order showed up only barely cold, and the ice packs were mostly melted by the time it arrived. For something like caviar, that feels risky. I was expecting much better packaging for a product like this.

"Arrived way too late"
I ordered this thinking it would get here in a reasonable amount of time, but the timing was just awful. The tracking barely updated for days, and by the time it finally showed up, I didn’t really need it anymore. Super frustrating when you’re counting on something to arrive by a certain point. I wouldn’t order again if you’re on any kind of schedule.

"Arrived tasting stale, which feels preventable"
When it got here, it just didn’t taste fresh at all. Disappointing, because this seems like something that should be preventable with better packaging or shipping timing.

"I couldn’t find enough sustainability details"
I was close to placing an order, but I got stuck on the sustainability side of things. With caviar, that stuff feels really important to me, and the info I found just seemed a bit too light.

I might have missed it, so maybe that’s on me, but I couldn’t find clear details about sourcing, farm practices, or certifications. It felt like I had to dig more than I should have.

In the end, I decided not to buy. Maybe I’m being overly cautious, but I just didn’t feel comfortable enough without more transparency

"Didn’t Taste Fresh"
I was let down by this caviar. From the first bite, it had a strong fishy taste, which usually makes me think it’s not as fresh as it should be. The texture was also softer and kind of mushy instead of having that clean little pop I was expecting. For the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. Maybe I happened to get a bad batch, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy it again

"Subscription felt like more trouble than it was worth"
I signed up for the subscription thinking it would save me some time, but it ended up feeling like a hassle. "Flat, mushy, and not worth the hype"
I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t do it for me. The flavor was flat, way too salty, and there was this fishy aftertaste that hung around longer than I wanted. The product description made it sound all premium and carefully selected, but that kind of polished wording just makes me more skeptical when the actual taste doesn’t back it up.

The texture was a letdown too. I was expecting that nice little pop, but it was more mushy than anything, with a few grainy bits mixed in. For the price, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t order it again.

"Failed to ship product ordered a month in advance"

I am told that Imperia is a great company and source for Caviar. That may be, but I ordered mine a full month in advance, and Imperia failed to ship it. I did get a prompt refund, but there is no excuse for my order not being processed. Epic fail in my opinion, and I would not trust them again.

"I wanted more sourcing details"
I ordered because the website looked polished, but for some reason once the caviar arrived, I still didn’t feel like I had a clear idea of where it was actually sourced from. The label and the info included were vague, and when I emailed to ask for more details, the reply was really basic. At this price, I expected better traceability and more confidence that it was authentic. I probably wouldn’t order again...

"Not worth the money"
I really wanted to like this, but for the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. The portions were smaller than I expected, and nothing about the taste felt special enough to justify what I paid. I get that caviar is expensive, but I still expected a lot more. I also reached out to support and came away feeling like they were blaming me for having the wrong expectations, which was frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again.
